Enrollment Process

Interested parents/guardians must fill out an application here (or by clicking the link below) to receive an enrollment packet.

12-15 students will be accepted into Mrs. Ackley’s Adventure School each year. Applicants will be notified by May 1st, if they have been accepted or placed on the wait list.

Once your child’s application is accepted, an enrollment packet will be either mailed or personally delivered to the student’s parents/guardians. The enrollment packet will contain required forms and Mrs. Ackley’s Adventure School’s operation policies and procedures. If changes are made to operation policies or procedures, parents will be notified in writing immediately and will be required to sign and date the updated policy or procedure and return it to Mrs. Ackley’s Adventure school within a week to be stored in the child’s file.

Parents will be required to submit all signed forms, vaccination records, and hearing and vision screenings into Mrs. Ackley’s Adventure School by August 1st. Completed forms can be mailed to Mrs. Ackley’s Adventure School at 13210 NW County Rd 4020 Blooming Grove, TX 76626. You may also text Mrs. Laura Ackley at 903-229-3318 to schedule a meeting to deliver your paperwork in person.

A non-refundable deposit of $85 is required along with the completed enrollment packet by August 1st. The deposit can either be paid in cash or check and will be applied to the overall balance.

Note: If your child’s 4th birthday lands after the deadline of August 1st and therefore, you are unable to complete the enrollment packet with updated vaccination records, hearing and vision screening information, and a signature by a healthcare professional, please pay the deposit and communicate with Mrs. Laura Ackley regarding the delay in returning enrollment paperwork.

  • All payment plans begin on the first day of school.

Mark Your Calendar

School will be in session on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 AM – 2 PM, beginning on August 12, 2025 and ending on May 21, 2026, with the exception of the following weeks:

•        Mrs. Ackley’s Adventure School will be closed the week of Thanksgiving for Thanksgiving Break.

•        Mrs. Ackley’s Adventure School will be closed for Christmas Break from Dec. 23, 2025 – Jan. 6, 2026.

•        Mrs. Ackley’s Adventure School will be closed for Spring Break from Mar. 10 – 12, 2026.
